Storm Panels & Hardware

Use this form for removable storm panels, extrusions and compatible replacement hardware.

Requested dates must be reviewed and confirmed by HSPM.

Panel order

List sizes from largest to smallest, using only one panel size per line.

Extrusions / parts

Order extrusions by the number of 20-ft sticks, not by feet.

Up to five files. PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, XLS or XLSX; maximum 10 MB per file. Files are encrypted before storage.

HSPM will confirm product details, pricing, availability and production timing before processing.

Use this form for shutter orders. List each opening separately or upload a current opening schedule, plan or purchase order.
